I’ve read this book twice, and am still confused. This series started out as a mix of middle-grade and YA books. This last one is firmly planted in adult literature. I can’t figure out who the audience for this series is supposed to be. Kids reading the first books are too young to read the last one, and people reading the last one might not want to go back and read books that were written for a much younger audience. There really seems to be no actual audience that fits the whole series.

This book seems to be an unnecessary inclusion.
