Troll Control

Troll Control (Gabby Duran, #2)Troll Control by Elise Allen
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I’ve been trying to decide which of the kids Gabby has babysat has been my favorite, and I can’t. Because they are all different species, each one of them has traits that the others wouldn’t have no matter how hard they tried. This one was cute because one, he really liked Gabby, and two, he was able to give Gabby’s family something no one else could. It was kind of heart warming to have the interaction with Carmen.

When I think of this book, I realize that I now want some marbles, because I have a new game to play. Of course, I don’t think I have an imagination active enough to really make it fun. I still want some marbles.

After the first book, I thought Gabby had learned her lesson on who to trust and how to handle situations, but… It’s a good thing she has help from people that actually know what they are doing. Also, the janitor spin was great. I’m glad he wasn’t just dropped after being such an integral part of the first book.

All in all, good book. Much better than the new show, but then of course that is usually a given.
