The Strange Case of Origami Yoda

The Strange Case of Origami Yoda (Origami Yoda #1)The Strange Case of Origami Yoda by Tom Angleberger
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I finished the book and still can’t figure out if the origami Yoda was really giving advice or if it was just Dwight. Of course, the book is the attempt to prove that it was real, so evidence is given for both sides. Having different perspectives on the situation made the question seem like a real one. Logically, a paper anything is only giving you advice that the person voicing it is deciding on, but this is questioned constantly.

All of the little side notes and drawings bring the story to life. It makes it feel like the kids are really collecting the stories from everyone and like most sixth graders, can’t help but comment on what the others are saying.

Now to see what happens in the next book.
