I’m not a huge fan of poetry, but the humor aspect of this book made the poems enjoyable. Each poem is written from the point of view of a cat, which takes situations cat owners may find themselves in and puts a spin on it. Of course, the pictures of the cats throughout didn’t hurt. My one issue is that the language at some points turns crude for no reason that I can see. Some people don’t have a problem with it, but it didn’t add anything, so I could have done without.
